The manufacturing sector is rapidly evolving to more sophisticated and advanced CNC machine tools. Our program enables students to meet those challenges by learning on state-of-the-art machines and software.
Students learn advanced CNC techniques using industry standard controls like FANUC. Mitsubishi, Fadal, and Siemens.
Our shop is equipped with 3-axes turning centres (C-axes with live tooling) and machining centers with up to 5 axes. We teach CAM programming using the acclaimed Master CAM X2 software package.
The CNC – Numerical Control Machine Tool Operator program leading to a AVP is a 885 hour course.
Evening program: approximately 5 months.
Individuals with industry experience may register for the CNC AVS certification.
